rental until we meet in person and sign the lease. For
your safety, we will not do any monetary transaction
over the web or over the phone.

Other than that.............
We do not charge you breathing fee's, some
landlords, if they know you're breathing,
they'll figure a way to charge you for
that, no extra gotcha fee's
 

 
 
 
No smoking, No vaping, past poor behaviors and
tenant complaints have made this a permanent
policy today.

HOA policies, rules and guidelines are a must. and our policies 
must as well. If you have a dificult time living by the HOA rules
and our rules, its best to find a different landlord. 

No Poor Housekeeping Issues,
if you have housekeeping issues its best
to find a different landlord

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am


No parking on street, because we have a maximum
number of working automobile policy of two cars only. One in
the garage one in the assigned stall.


No Co-signing

Can not sell contract


We give out applications when showing the place.



No mechanical work on automobiles

No hobbie craft working that fills the
parking stalls.

No yard sales.
